A few months ago, Dave from Michigan contacted me wanting a set of leaf packs tall enough for his XJ to accomodate 40″ Iroc tires on a D60 axle. After discussing the other fabbing and components he was going to use for the build, we decided that a set of BIGoffroad 6″ FlexE leaf packs would suit his needs. Dave’s plans included some massive rear fender well cutting and opening to include 2.5″ removed from the rear doors, along with adding a TNT U-Bolt Eliminator kit to the D60. As you can see, his rig turned out incredible! Originally, he’d thought he’d need BOR’s 8″ FlexE leaf packs, but the 6″ packs worked out perfectly! Awesome rig Dave! Thanks for choosing BIGoffroad!

Hey all,

Many of you are well aware that BIGoffroad has been sitting idle for quite a long time. JohnJohn has been very busy pursuing new ventures with his small business consulting firm CEOSelf and hasn’t had the ability to give BIGoffroad the time and attention it’s needed. Rather than let things fold, JohnJohn and I are working closely together to get things back up and running, updated and easier for you all. Yes, BIGoffroad is still in business and we look forward to hearing from you for your 4×4 parts and accessory needs!

The BIGoffroad website will slowly see some updates and changes. We’ve heard you – the website isn’t the easiest to use and somewhat confusing. JohnJohn and I will be working on these changes over the next few weeks. The transition of access to the software for orders/billing hasn’t been going smoothly, but we’re making headway. We really appreciate your patience. Those of you that have submitted orders recently will receive a phone call from me to get things rolling.

I’m Troy and I’ll be the guy behind the phones, e-mails and orders. The phone number posted is my direct line. Please call me if you have questions or need information/prices on parts and accessories. I will get back to you – just understand that I work my “normal” job Tuesday through Friday morning. It will be easier to contact me Friday through Monday and that’s when I’ll be returning phone messages and e-mails.

A little about me: I’ve been active in the off road community since 1998. I’ve owned several off road vehicles, but my primary interest is in Jeeps, specifically the Cherokee XJ. I’ve been a member of NAXJA (North American XJ Association) since 1999 and go by “Yellaheep” on the forums there. I am 17 years into my Law Enforcement career and enjoy the work very much. My current work shift affords me 4 days off most weeks and working with BIGoffroad will give me someting fun and challenging to do with my off time.

I look forward to working with you all!
