Our unique design utilizes a Military Wrap spring around the front spring eye. This addition to the leaf pack acts like a traction bar to reduce axle wrap - particularly on steep climbs or rock crawling.

The Heavy Duty leaf packs are specifically designed to give a firmer ride with improved load handling capabilities over our competitors. These were designed with the dedicated off roader in mind. Great for the off roader who carries a substantial load (work tools/supplies, or expedition support gear/tools/spare parts/supplies) in the cargo area or tows heavier trailers frequently.

*NOTE* It's highly recommended that you use a boomerang style rear shackle with our leaf packs. Our leaf packs are a bit longer than a standard leaf pack and traditional straight shackles may bind up against the back of the shackle box when flexed upward during maximum suspension travel.

These leaf packs come standard with polyurethane bushings in the spring eyes. You may experience some squeaking with these, but they are by far the more durable bushing. Rubber bushings can be installed for additional cost.
